Return Policy

At ForTati, all sales are final. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before placing your order, feel free to contact us at sales@fortati.com.


Damages and Issues

We want you to love your order. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at sales@fortati.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue, so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on personal care items such as fragrance, even if unopened. We also do not accept returns on gift cards, sale items, or custom orders.


European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
