Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimums, no hidden fees.

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing before it ships. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way.


📦 Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship via USPS for all domestic orders. Delivery times may vary, but typical transit times are:

  • USPS First Class / Ground Advantage: 4–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS service conditions.


🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Options include:

  • USPS First Class Mail Intl: 2–5 weeks (varies by destination)

  • USPS Priority Mail Intl: 5–15 business days

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. Refused packages will not be refunded for the original shipping cost.


📬 Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking number shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local USPS office first. Unfortunately, once a package leaves our facility, it is out of our control.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, or for packages delayed due to carrier issues. If your package is lost in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
